Welcome to Gorgeous Wood. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website gorgeouswoodusa.com ("Website") and the inquiry, lookbook, and rental services offered through it. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Gorgeous Wood is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Vitalii and Olha Klymchuk, located in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. We design, build, and rent handcrafted wooden pieces — wedding arches, cutting boards, vases, photo stands, and event décor — made from solid hardwood.

2. Website content

All content on this Website — including text, photographs, illustrations, the Gorgeous Wood logo and mark, the Gorgeous Wood brochure (PDF), and product descriptions — is the property of Gorgeous Wood or used with permission. You may view, download, and share the brochure freely for personal use. You may not republish, modify, or commercially redistribute Website content without our written consent.

3. Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting any form on this Website (Lookbook, Contact, or Custom Order) is an inquiry, not a binding rental booking. We will respond to confirm availability, dates, and price. A rental is only confirmed after both parties agree on terms via email or a separate rental agreement.

4. Pricing

Prices and packages shown in our brochure (Small Gathering $250 · Wedding Set $750–$1,500 · Premium Styling $1,250–$3,550+) are starting rates as of the brochure's last update. Final pricing depends on the specific inventory requested, event date, location, delivery distance, and customization. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

5. Rentals

5.1 Booking

A confirmed booking requires a written agreement (email or contract) specifying the items, dates, delivery details, total price, and deposit. We typically request a 50% deposit to secure your date.

5.2 Care

Rented pieces remain the property of Gorgeous Wood at all times. The renter agrees to use them only for the agreed event, to keep them dry and indoors when not in use, and to return them in the condition received minus normal usage wear.

5.3 Damage and loss

The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear or for the loss of rented pieces. Replacement or repair cost will be quoted at our discretion and is due within 14 days of the event.

5.4 Cancellation

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. We may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule to a different date.

6. Custom orders

We craft custom pieces from solid hardwood only — walnut, oak, cedar, or ash. We do not produce custom orders in glass, clay, or metal. Custom orders require a separate quote, design approval, and a non-refundable deposit before fabrication begins. Typical lead time is 3 to 6 weeks.

7. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gorgeous Wood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.

8. Service area

We primarily serve Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and venues within 60 miles. Delivery beyond this range is available case by case at additional cost.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
